Tropical Plants

         The plant which grows in the topical environment is known as topical plant. Where the climate is hot, full of humidity and the temperature is always above 18 degree Celsius, that climate is known as topical climate. In a topical area there are a lots of rainfall and lack of frost days. This kind of environment is very much compatible for the spontaneous growth of topical plants. Tradewinds Premium Hibiscus, Mandevilla Vine, Elephant Ear Bulbs, Croton, Bromeliads, Tropical Palms these are some common topical plants which can be seen in the tropical region.

India is situated in the tropical region. Many tropical plants are growing here spontaneously. Banana, papaya, orchids, ferns, hoyas these well-known plants are widely available in Indian tropical environment. Two third of the total plant species on earth are available in the tropical rainforests. These plants are being used for several purposes. All the essential materials have produced from the tropical plants, like rubber, coffee, fruits, cacao, dyes, rice, gums, woods and many more. The survival of human lives are totally dependent on these plants. Apart from humans all the animals, birds, insects and reptiles all are dependent on the plant products.

Many people are growing tropical plants in their houses. Some indoor tropical plants are corn plants, triangle ficus, dragon tree, bird of paradise, european olive etc. These indoor plants are the major source of oxygen for the household members. Apart from this the plants can capture all the unnecessary dusts on their leaves and keep the indoor environment clean.

There are numerous medical uses of the tropical plants. Adhatoda plants are used to treat cough, cold and asthma. Aloe vera is used for piles, skin disease, jaundice etc. Neem tree has numerous uses like skin disease, treat insect bites, increase fertility of soil and many other.

Eco system on earth is also depending on these plants. The tropical forests are responsible for the source of oxygen on earth, these plants bind the soil particles very tightly that can prevent soil erosion and keep our earth safe from the global warming.
